We have an exceptional team of Imagine Event Crew Members who assist throughout your celebration under the direction of our Event Host. Your Event Host manages important details such as vendor arrival and parking, setup coordination, and overseeing the event to ensure everything runs smoothly. Together, our team works to make sure you feel supported and taken care of.
Parking + Security
Imagine Peace Park offers a spacious on site parking lot with 65 spaces, including handicap and accessible parking. The venue and parking area are monitored and secured during your event so guests can arrive and celebrate with peace of mind. Overflow parking is also available upon request.
Groundskeeping
Imagine Peace Park is adorned with lush gardens, natural green spaces, and dreamy lighting. The grounds are carefully groomed before each event to ensure a beautiful setting for your special occasion. Interior cleaning and facility care are also included, with all indoor spaces and restrooms professionally cleaned before and after each event so the venue is fresh and welcoming for your guests.
Decor
In addition to all included furniture pieces, we offer a variety of accent items to enhance your event. Available pieces include stages, bar carts, drink canisters, candles, lanterns, faux florals and greenery, serving trays, cake stands, easels, frames, and more. Depending on your package, select items may be included at no additional cost.
