What is included in the rental fee?
- Your rental includes access to the entire Imagine Peace Park venue, including the garden, checkerboard, court, and indoor warehouse space with a bar and two ADA compliant restrooms.
- All furniture is included, such as bistro tables, chairs, community tables, lounge seating, and bar seating.
- Guests can also enjoy amenities throughout the park including lawn games, the bocce court, 3 hole putting green, swings, fire pits, and more. Filtered water and tea are provided at the bar, and an Imagine event host is onsite to assist throughout your event
Can I schedule a tour of Imagine Peace Park?
- Yes. We would love to show you around the park and help you imagine your event in the space. Tours are available by appointment. Please submit an inquiry through our website or contact our team to schedule a visit.
What are your deposit/payment terms?
- A signed contract and non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
- Proof of Special Event Liability Insurance is due 5 days prior to the event.
How far in advance should I book my event?
- Dates can book quickly, especially during peak wedding and event season. We recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred date.

Do you have on-site parking?
- On-site parking for up to 65 vehicles, with accessible/ADA options. Overflow parking available upon request, must be coordinated in advance of the event date.
What is the maximum venue capacity?
- Our venue accommodates up to 175 guests. For indoor rentals only, our maximum capacity is 60 guests.
When can my vendor(s) and I arrive to set up for my event?
- Your rental includes 1 hour of setup time prior to your event and 1 hour following the event for cleanup.
- Full wedding rentals also include 1 hour the day prior for rehearsal and supply drop off.
- Additional setup time may be arranged upon request.
Is your space ADA accessible?
- Yes! Imagine Peace Park is designed to welcome all guests. The venue includes a dedicated ADA entrance and 2 ADA compliant restrooms, and all areas of the venue are accessible for children and adults with mobility needs.

Do you have an in-house caterer or must I use preferred vendors?
- While Imagine Peace Park does not offer catering services, we have an extensive list of preferred vendors! You are also welcome to bring in the caterer or vendors of your choice.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
- Yes. Imagine Peace Park does not provide alcohol and only offers water and tea. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol for your event. Please note that a licensed bartender and appropriate event insurance are required if alcohol will be served.
Can I serve drinks without a bartender?
- Due to local ordinances and compliance requirements, a bartender is required to serve liquor or mixed drinks. Liquor must remain behind the bar and cannot be available for self service.
- Wine, beer, and seltzers may be placed in coolers outside of the bar area. For events where guests under 21 are present, all alcohol must be served by a bartender. Valid photo ID may be required for guests consuming alcohol.
Can I decorate for my event?
- Yes. You are welcome to decorate the space for your celebration. Because much of the venue is constructed from shipping containers, magnetic hooks work great for hanging decor, photos, and signage. Magnets are available upon request.
- To help protect the space, nails, screws, or adhesives may not be used on interior or exterior walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be fully removed and properly discarded after your event.
- Our staff is happy to assist with décor placement and setup guidance if needed.

What happens if it rains on my event date?
- Imagine Peace Park hosts events rain or shine. While we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather, we recommend reserving a tent rental as a backup option. Our venue coordinator is happy to provide trusted vendor recommendations.
- For a little extra charm, we also offer clear umbrellas upon request so your celebration can continue beautifully, rain or shine.
Are children welcome at Imagine Peace Park?
- Yes. Imagine Peace Park is a family friendly venue and we welcome guests of all ages. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property.
Is there a curfew at your event space?
- Yes. In accordance with Northville Township ordinances, all events at Imagine Peace Park must conclude by 11:00 PM EST.
Are you pet-friendly?
- Yes. We love our furry friends! Pets may be permitted for certain events with prior approval. We ask that pets remain with their owner at all times and be taken outside of the park to relieve themselves.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
- If you need to reschedule your event, please contact our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
Do you have a fire/smoking policy?
- Yes. Due to the nature of the property and surrounding materials, open flames, frying, or any cooking that produces excessive smoke are not permitted on site.
- Imagine Peace Park is also a non smoking venue. Smoking materials may not be used anywhere on the property.
Is music or amplified sound allowed?
- Yes. Music and amplified sound are welcome during your event. All music must conclude by 11:00 PM in accordance with Northville Township ordinances.
