  • What are your deposit/payment terms?

    • A signed contract and non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date.

    • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Events will not be permitted without full payment. No terms are implied or granted and no work will be allowed to commence until full payment is received.

    • Proof of Special Event Liability Insurance is due 5 days prior to the event.
