What are your deposit/payment terms?
- A signed contract and non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Events will not be permitted without full payment. No terms are implied or granted and no work will be allowed to commence until full payment is received.
- Proof of Special Event Liability Insurance is due 5 days prior to the event.

Do you have on-site parking?
- On-site parking for up to 65 vehicles, with accessible/ADA options. Overflow parking available upon request, must be coordinated in advance of the event date.
What is the maximum venue capacity?
- Our venue accommodates up to 175 guests (max capacity/no exceptions). For indoor rentals only, our maximum capacity is 60 guests.
When can my vendor(s) and I arrive to set up for my event?
- Your rental includes one hour of setup time before the event, and another hour following the event. For full wedding rentals, an additional hour the day prior to the event is included to rehearse and drop off additional supplies.
Is your space ADA accessible?
- Yes! Our venue is designed with a separate ADA entrance as well as two ADA compliant bathrooms.

Do you have an in-house caterer or must I use preferred vendors?
- While Imagine Peace Park does not offer catering services, we have an extensive list of preferred vendors! You are also welcome to hire vendors outside of our preferred list. Please note that we do not allow food trucks or caterers that use oil on-site to maintain the integrity of our space.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
- Yes, Imagine peace park does not provide any beverages outside of water and tea. Please ensure that you book or hire a bartender and according insurance prior to your event date.
Can I serve drinks without a bartender?
- Due to city policies, we require that a bartender be present to serve any hard liquors or mixed drinks to guests. Liquor may not be removed from behind the bar or used to self-service. Wine, seltzers, and beers can be placed in coolers outside of the bar area with the exception of events with guests under 21. Photo ID will be required for guests who wish to partake in consuming alcoholic beverages.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
- Yes, Imagine peace park does not provide any beverages outside of water and tea. Please ensure that you book or hire a bartender and according insurance prior to your event date.
Are there restrictions regarding decorations?
- No nails, screws, or adhesives may be used on interior/exterior walls.
- Magnets may be used on metal surfaces, available upon request.
- Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and discarded.
- Staff can assist with setup and placement of approved décor.

What happens if it rains on my event date?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in the case of inclement weather. We recommend having a tent rental on standby (Feel free to ask our venue coordinator for vendor recommendations).
Do you have a fire/smoking policy?
- Because of the character of the property, Imagine Peace Park is located in a potentially flammable building. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. If smoking materials are found on the property, in planters, sidewalks or grounds, an additional cleanup charge of $200 will be imposed. Any guests violating the smoking restrictions will be asked to leave the premises by the event staff.
Is there a curfew at your event space?
- Northville Township's City Ordinance states that events at our venue must conclude by 11:00pm EST. No exceptions will be made.
Are you pet-friendly?
- We do allow pets on specific occasions with prior approval. We ask that pets stay with an owner during the event, and are taken outside of the park to relieve themselves. Reach out or ask us during your tour for more details on our pet policy.
