What is included in the rental fee?

Your rental includes access to the entire Imagine Peace Park venue, including the garden, checkerboard, court, and indoor warehouse space with a bar and two ADA compliant restrooms.

All furniture is included, such as bistro tables, chairs, community tables, lounge seating, and bar seating.

Guests can also enjoy amenities throughout the park including lawn games, the bocce court, 3 hole putting green, swings, fire pits, and more. Filtered water and tea are provided at the bar, and an Imagine event host is onsite to assist throughout your event

Can I schedule a tour of Imagine Peace Park?

Yes. We would love to show you around the park and help you imagine your event in the space. Tours are available by appointment. Please submit an inquiry through our website or contact our team to schedule a visit.

What are your deposit/payment terms?

A signed contract and non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

Proof of Special Event Liability Insurance is due 5 days prior to the event.

How far in advance should I book my event?

Dates can book quickly, especially during peak wedding and event season. We recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred date.
